Isabelle Terrace Apartments

The second phase of a two-phase development, Isabelle Terrace Apartments was designed to maximize the potential of an extremely tight site in Hillsboro, OR.  Residents can access the building off of SE 9th through the modern lobby or from within the naturally ventilated, secured parking garage. The building features 26 units with a unit mix of studios to 3-bedrooms, conditioned bike storage, and a rooftop terrace with views of downtown Hillsboro. It is currently under design and is a candidate for Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) or Mass Plywood Panel (MPP).
