Press Apartments

The Press Apartments were built by partially re-using an existing parking garage and include 277 market-rate apartments, ground-floor retail, subterranean parking, and resident amenities such as a dog wash, co-working space, indoor bike parking, and courtyard pool. It takes up a full Sacramento block in midtown and provides much-needed rental and retail units for the growing area. The project was nearly 400,000 SF, built for $63m, and recently sold for $118m.
