Located on a former single-family parcel, the design for Carman Commons reimagines what’s possible within a tight infill footprint. In collaboration with Canopy Building Group, Process helped transform the site into five thoughtfully designed homes that strike a balance between individuality and neighborhood cohesion.
Each home reflects a modern farmhouse aesthetic while meeting Lake Oswego’s detailed development standards. Though sizes vary slightly, all homes feature 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, open-concept kitchen and dining areas, 2-car garages, and light-filled living spaces designed for modern families.
The design process prioritized both customization and consistency, resulting in a private, walkable enclave that feels connected and complete.
