Craft District Apartments brings a fresh take on multifamily housing at a key entry point to Tumwater’s growing downtown. Located adjacent to the vibrant Craft District, the development takes visual cues from the area’s industrial aesthetic, then refines them into a clean, modern design that blends into its surroundings while standing on its own.
With 60 thoughtfully placed units, the garden-style complex balances density with open space. Surface parking is tucked away at the east edge of the site to preserve sightlines and create a pedestrian-forward experience throughout the development. Residents benefit from carefully oriented buildings that capture views of Mt. Rainier and enhance the everyday living experience.
