Located at the gateway to downtown Tumwater, Craft District Apartments draws from the industrial character of the neighboring Craft District while framing distant views of Mount Rainier.
The 60-unit community balances density, resident experience, long-term maintenance, and site constraints through thoughtful building placement, material selection, and pedestrian-focused design.
